Steeped in Color is an immersive 8‑week exploration of the chakras through herbal tea rituals, intuitive color work, and guided conversation.

 Each week focuses on one chakra, blending plant wisdom with creative expression to help participants reconnect with their bodies, emotions, and inner landscape. All you need to bring is yourself.

Over the course of eight weeks, participants will:
 Sip intentionally crafted herbal teas aligned with each chakra
 Explore color through guided creative prompts
 Engage in meaningful conversation and reflection
 Learn how plants, color, and energy intertwine
 Build a deeper sense of grounding, clarity, and self‑awareness
