Artist and Vendor Information For Event

Onloading and loading

Please pull up to the curb to load and unload.  The street will be roped off to have a safe space from the road.  Therefore, there will be no parking in front of the store.  At the end of the even we will pull the roped off area back in so that you can pull up to load your stuff into your car.  We find it best to pack your stuff up, then get your vehicle loaded so that we can move quickly for all vendors to escape as soon as possible.

Set Up

Set up is a first-come, first-served.

  1. The sidewalk needs enough room to walk.  There has to be enough room for people to walk, as well as for anyone in a wheelchair.
  2. The sides must be open if you are along the sidewalk so that people can move up and down the sidewalk freely.  Think that if a person is in a wheelchair, they too must be able to move up and down the sidewalk.
    1. If you are along the wall and will use a 10 x 10 tent this is 100% great, but remember people will have to walk under the booth to get down the sidewalk and we need to make sure this walk is accessible to all.

Please do not part on the Platte or in any parking on Boulder that is connected to our building.  We will be setting up booths here, and we want to leave as much parking open for our customers.

Artist and Vendor Parking

After loading, please head west on Platte.  At the first light, you will then go forward a little and take a right into the large parking lot.  Please park West and West/North along the chain link fence behind the yellow dumpsters.  The people are generous to let us park here so that we have as much close parking for our guests.

Tents and Cinder Blocks

If you do not have a tent we can rent you one for $20.  If you need a table, chair and tent we can rent you one for $30

Bathroom

The bathrooms are not for public use so they may be locked.  If they are locked, ask one of the employees at Elev8 for the code to get in.

Please clean up after yourself; it would be very much appreciated.
