Elev8 Arts is building a real creative hub in the Knob Hill neighborhood of Colorado Springs.
This consignment program helps artists get their work in front of people without giving up half their sale.
That old gallery split? Yeah, we’re not doing that nonsense.
*Consignment split: artists receive 75% of the final sale price.
Elev8 Arts receives 25%.
Every submitted piece must be approved before it is displayed, listed, or sold.
*If it changes in the future, you will get 2 months notification.

How The Consignment Process Works
Submit your artwork online
Fill out the form below before dropping off your work. This gives us the info we need to review, track, and sell your piece.
Elev8 Arts reviews the submission
We review the piece, price, photos, and fit for the gallery. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
Approved pieces are entered into our system
Accepted artwork gets a SKU, tracking card, and WooCommerce product record. This helps us keep inventory and payouts organized.
Your work goes on display
Once entered, tagged, and placed, your piece can be displayed and sold through Elev8 Arts.
You get paid after it sells
Artists receive 75% of the sale price. Payouts are handled monthly after the sale is verified.
What You Need Before Submitting
- Your name, email, and phone number
- Artwork title
- Medium, such as glass, painting, sculpture, jewelry, stained glass, or mixed media
- Dimensions or size
- Retail price
- 1 to 3 clear photos
- A short description of the piece
Important: no online submission means no intake.
This keeps the system clean, protects the artist, and saves staff from playing detective with sticky notes and mystery objects.
