Apply to become a resident artist at Elev8 Arts

We are selecting a limited number of resident artists to create, engage, teach, and sell inside Elev8 Arts. This is a curated creative community, not open booth rental. Not all applicants are approved.

Program expectations

$300 monthly studio fee
15% commission on all sales
All on-site sales go through Elev8 Arts
Minimum 15 hours per week on site
Professionalism with customers and other artists
Teaching is encouraged and can offset rent

Important: This is a selected resident artist program. We are building a high-energy art ecosystem with artists who create, engage, teach, and help bring the space to life.
