Resident Artist Agreement
This page is for artists who are ready to move forward with Elev8 Arts. Before becoming an active resident artist, each artist must read the full agreement, understand the expectations, and sign digitally through the form below.

Read Everything
Do not skim it. This agreement exists to protect the artist, protect Elev8 Arts, and keep expectations clear from the start.

Sign Digitally
You must download the agreement, read it in full, and then sign the form below. By signing, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to all terms outlined in the agreement.

Move Forward Right
Once signed, the agreement becomes part of the official resident artist onboarding process for Elev8 Arts.

By signing the form below, the artist confirms that they have read the full agreement and agree to follow its terms.
If an artist does not agree with the terms, they should not sign the agreement.
