How Consignment Works

Submit Your Piece Online

Fill out the artwork submission form before drop-off. Every individual piece needs its own submission.

Elev8 Arts Reviews It

We review the piece, price, description, photos, and fit for the gallery. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Approved Items Get Tracked

Accepted pieces are entered into our internal tracking system and WooCommerce inventory before they are displayed.

Your Work Goes On Display

Once approved, tagged, and entered, your artwork may be displayed in the Elev8 Arts space or listed online.

You Get Paid After It Sells

Artists receive 75% of the sale price. Elev8 Arts keeps 25% to support the space, staff, events, and community programs.

Artists receive 75% of the final sale price.
Elev8 Arts receives 25%.

Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly after a sale is confirmed. Artists are responsible for keeping their contact and payout info current.

Approval Required

Elev8 Arts must approve all pieces before they are displayed, promoted, listed, or sold.

Important: artists set the retail price, but Elev8 Arts may recommend price adjustments based on presentation,
market fit, space, and sales potential.

Do I need to submit every piece?

Yes. Every piece needs its own submission so Elev8 Arts can track inventory, sales, and payouts correctly.
