WHAT ARTISTS GET
Not every artist needs the same thing. Elev8 connects accepted artists to the parts of the system that match their actual work.
Accepted artists may receive one public place for their story, practice, approved work, links, events, and voice. The shared gallery then lets visitors discover that work without losing the connection to its artist.

What happens: The application currently asks whether you can commit 15 hours per week, engage with customers, create consistently, and contribute beyond your own artwork.

What happens: Submit every piece online before drop-off. Accepted work is tracked; the current split is 75% to the artist and 25% to Elev8 Arts, with verified-sale payouts handled monthly.

What happens: Propose what people will make or learn, required materials, format, availability, and experience. A proposal starts review; it does not guarantee scheduling or acceptance.
Propose a class ↗Best fit: For vendors, performers, demonstrators, collaborators, and artists who want a specific public event rather than an ongoing gallery relationship.
What happens: Choose the event that fits. Each event has its own application, timing, space, safety, and participation requirements.

These points reconcile the current resident application, artist agreement page, and consignment intake. Exact space, teaching, event, rental, or special-program terms may differ.

Current resident and consignment terms require sales through Elev8 Arts. Off-system sales from displayed work are not permitted.
Artists receive 75% of the verified sale price; Elev8 Arts receives 25% to support the space, staff time, events, and community programming.
Artists are expected to communicate, show up, work safely around customers, maintain quality, respect the space, and follow approved display and conduct rules.
No online submission means no intake. Each piece needs accurate artist, title, medium, size, price, description, and clear photo information before review.
Elev8 may approve, decline, rotate, remove, or return work based on space, fit, condition, accuracy, and program needs.
The rule that controls: the final written agreement for the specific program must be reviewed and accepted before activation. If a special written agreement conflicts with this overview, the signed agreement controls.

Elev8 reviews the work, program fit, space, readiness, and expectations. Submission is consideration—not automatic acceptance.
If accepted, review the specific terms, permissions, responsibilities, sales structure, and participation expectations before signing.
Approved artists receive the appropriate member access. Profile, artwork, class, and event tools open only for the roles connected to that artist.
