Elev8 Arts may eventually ship many kinds of creative work and merchandise. This policy establishes a fair general system now while allowing each product to state the handling, timing, and return rules that actually fit it.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The current Elev8 Arts public website does not accept online orders or payments. This policy establishes the general framework that will apply when shipping or pickup is activated. Product-specific terms shown before purchase will supply the exact processing time, shipping method, return window, and exceptions.
Processing time begins after an order is accepted and payment is confirmed. Handmade, made-to-order, customized, artist-supplied, backordered, or special-order items may require additional time. Expedited carrier service shortens transit after the carrier receives the package; it does not shorten production or processing unless Elev8 Arts expressly confirms that separately.
Available destinations, carriers, service levels, costs, insurance or declared-value options, signature requirements, and any free-shipping threshold will be shown through the authorized checkout or confirmed before payment. International orders, if offered, may incur duties, taxes, brokerage, or import fees charged by the destination country and payable by the recipient.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address. Contact Elev8 Arts immediately if an address needs correction. Once a package has entered carrier processing, rerouting may be unavailable or may require an additional fee.
When tracking is available, it will be sent through the order's authorized contact method. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee. Weather, carrier disruptions, address problems, holidays, and other events outside Elev8 Arts' control may affect delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the confirmed order, contact Elev8 Arts as soon as reasonably possible. Keep the product, shipping box, internal packaging, labels, and packing materials, and provide clear photographs of the package and item. Elev8 Arts will review the record and help pursue an appropriate replacement, repair, refund, or carrier claim based on the circumstances and applicable law.
Check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building staff, and carrier tracking. Then contact the carrier and Elev8 Arts promptly. Signature or additional shipment protection may be offered for eligible orders. Theft after confirmed delivery may also require a report to the carrier or local law enforcement.
Eligible non-custom merchandise generally must be returned unused, undamaged, complete, and in original condition with included packaging and tags. The return window and available remedy—refund, exchange, replacement, repair, or store credit—will be stated on the product page, order confirmation, or other terms presented before purchase. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Custom, commissioned, personalized, made-to-order, altered, final-sale, perishable, consumable, hygiene-sensitive, live, digital, or used items may be non-returnable except for defect, damage, incorrect fulfillment, or rights provided by law. Classes, events, deposits, donations, gift cards, artist consignment, and other non-merchandise transactions follow the cancellation or refund terms shown at their specific doorway.
Do not send a return without instructions. Contact Elev8 Arts with the purchaser's name, order number, item, reason, photographs when relevant, and preferred resolution. If approved, Elev8 Arts will provide the current return address and shipping instructions. An address displayed elsewhere on the site is not automatically an authorized return destination.
When Elev8 Arts confirms a defect, damage, or fulfillment error, Elev8 Arts will provide or reimburse reasonable authorized return shipping as appropriate. For an eligible preference-based return, the customer may be responsible for return shipping. Original and expedited shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return results from Elev8 Arts' error, the carrier approves a service refund, or applicable law requires otherwise.
After an authorized return is received and inspected, Elev8 Arts will communicate the outcome. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing time may apply. Deductions will not be made for ordinary inspection, but missing parts, unauthorized use, or damage beyond what was reported may affect eligibility where permitted by law.
Elev8 Arts may update this policy as products, fulfillment partners, carriers, and customer pathways are activated. The effective date identifies the current version. Terms presented and accepted at the time of a purchase will continue to govern that transaction unless a later change benefits the customer or applicable law requires otherwise.
