SMS Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Elev8 Capture, the Elev8 Arts texting program serving the Elev8 One system. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Elev8 Capture at the mobile number you provide.

PROGRAM

Elev8 Capture

Elev8 Capture sends service, operational, support, and follow-up messages that you request or consent to receive from Elev8 Arts. Messages may include class or event information, confirmations, status updates, requested reminders, and replies to your questions.

CONSENT

Opt-in is your choice.

You receive recurring text messages only after providing express consent through an approved Elev8 Capture opt-in method. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. You must be the account holder or have authorization to use the mobile number supplied.

FREQUENCY

Message frequency varies.

Message frequency depends on your requests and interactions with Elev8 Capture. Automated or recurring messages may be sent while your consent remains active.

CHARGES

Message and data rates may apply.

Your wireless carrier may charge for messages or data according to your mobile plan. Elev8 Arts does not control carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

OPT OUT

Reply STOP to cancel.

Reply STOP to any Elev8 Capture message to revoke consent and stop further messages. You may receive one final confirmation of the opt-out. After opting out, do not expect additional Elev8 Capture messages unless you separately opt in again.

PRIVACY

Mobile consent is not shared for marketing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Read the complete Privacy Policy.

ELIGIBILITY

Use an authorized U.S. mobile number.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and be able to enter a binding agreement. Keep your mobile number and contact information current.

AVAILABILITY

Delivery is not guaranteed.

Message delivery may be affected by your device, carrier, coverage, or other conditions outside Elev8 Arts' control. Elev8 Arts may suspend the program for security, compliance, maintenance, or operational reasons.
